How long does my item take to repair?

Some items such as new clasps, watch battery fitting and strap adjustment/fittings can be done while you wait or on the same day.

other items will need to be taken in for repair, these usually take between 5 to 14 days. Some more unusual/challenging repairs can take longer, our representative instore will tell you the approximate time. Upon completion you will receive either a text or a phone call from us. We can also email you, please let our team know what you prefer.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and payments of all major card providers, including apple and google pay. We also accept PayPal payments and bank transfer. We do not accept amex.

Do you buy gold?

We do buy gold and silver in any condition, the price we offer is based on the daily gold market. Other factors taken in to account are the stone types and the re-saleability of the items.

Gold and silver bullion now requires proof of original purchase and documentation; this does not apply to coins. 

Can you create custom Jewellery?

We are able to make all sorts of jewellery; rings, pendants, bracelets, cufflinks etc

Will my watch be waterproof after the battery is replaced?

We are unable to offer water proofing for your watch.  Generally watches will retain some form of water resistancy as they have various seals to provide it, however we cannot guarantee it.
